Dr Charles Lee, MD
Founder of Regenesis
Dr. Charles Lee grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. His parents dedicated their lives to education in the East Baton Rouge Parish public school system and School Board. He is a Broadmoor High graduate where he lettered in football and track. He attended Louisiana Tech University and was accepted prior to graduation to LSU Medical School in New Orleans. He was recognized and honored to receive his B.S. in Biology from La. Tech walking with his daughter as she received hers in 2013. She has gone on to Graduate from the University of Auburn Veterinary School.
After attending medical school at LSU in New Orleans, he completed his Internship and Anesthesiology residency at LSU Charity Hospital in New Orleans. The emphasis was on cardiothoracic, pediatric, high-risk obstetric, and neonatal anesthesia. He spent a record-setting year at Terrebonne General Medical Center doing Cardio-Thoracic Anesthesia before joining Cardio-Thoracic Anesthesia Services of Huntsville. He served as founder and president of Comprehensive Anesthesiology Services in 1995.
He developed a passion for studies in the fellowship of Anti-aging, Regenerative, and Functional Medicine in 2007. He is a board-certified Fellow in Anti-aging & Regenerative Medicine, and a board-certified Fellow in Stem Cell Therapy granted by MMI.
In August 2013, he put his passion to work and founded Regenesis LLC, Anti-Aging, Regenerative Medicine, and Stem Cell Therapy in Huntsville, AL.
Located at 4601 Whitesburg Drive, Dr. Charles Lee’s Regenesis medical practice is the only one of its kind in this area. He is the only physician credentialed by the State Board of Medical Directors specifically to perform stem cell harvesting, isolation, and orthopedic injections.

Courtney Wagner
Front Office Administrator
Originally from south Huntsville, Courtney is a graduate of Grissom High School, before attending Calhoun and the University of Alabama where she studied business administration. Courtney and her husband, have a daughter and two sons. They enjoy camping in their travel trailer, sports, and traveling to new places for adventures. Courtney brings over a decade of financial and customer service experience to Regenesis and has a passion for helping people. Courtney began her career with Regenesis in February 2021. Quality customer service and patient care are top priorities for Courtney and she continues to provide this for our patients here at Regenesis. Courtney is inspired by numerous patient testimonials and loves being able to witness so many lives being changed on a daily basis.
Mandy Caruso, MSN, CRNP, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Mandy Caruso has more than ten years of experience in various areas of nursing, including cardiology, outpatient surgery, mental health, pediatrics, hormone replacement therapy, and stem cell therapy. She is interested in preventive medicine, mental health, and health education.
In addition to a Bachelor's Degree and Master’s Degree in Nursing, Mandy is certified as a Nurse Practitioner. She is also certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C).
Mandy grew up in Leoma, Tennessee, and graduated from Lawrence County High School. Before pursuing an interest in nursing, she earned an associate degree from Northwest-Shoals Community College in Muscle Shoals, AL, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Alabama.
Mandy lives in Huntsville, AL, with her husband, two boys, and their dog. She enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, and working on her bucket list to see all of the National Parks in the U.S.
